Interestingly, the Uni's customer support systems is based on Cloud Computing Technology provided by ZenDesk. So when you click Online Application link, you'll be redirected to this "strange" page. This https page is guarded with VeriSign to guarantee secure data transmission.
What is excellent in my opinion, is that Zendesk is designed using ITIL best practices and is in every possible way geared towards providing support and service. Not customer relationship management, bug tracking or project management.
